In preparation for the Sunday December 7, 2008 message about Deacons, I was reviewing a paper I wrote several years ago about the role of the pastor. Do you think you know what it is? Read on you could be surprised. The paper is a couple years old, but I believe it still represents God's program for ministry. As far as I know He has not changed His mind about what we should be doing. I'd love to hear your comments on how we can be more effective together for God.
